When life brings changes, especially ones you didn’t ask for, self care needs to be more intentional. We might be good at keeping up with a fitness routine, eating well and getting enough sleep when life feels calm, but these things are often the first to go when things get stressful. 

Join the Healthy & Well at LBNL team for a three part self-care series. We’ll spend time talking about self-care resources and practices, share what works for us, and take time to pause with some mindful movement and stillness.
