Berekley Lab ERGs & associations
Employee Resource Groups (ERG) are groups of employees who join together based on shared characteristics or life experiences to provide fellowship, friendship and support, enhance career and personal development and contribute to the organization’s vision and values. There are 9 ERGs at LBL and they regularly plan events and gatherings for all staff. Check out the calendar on the website for upcoming activities.
Employee Activity Associations (EAA) are employee 'clubs' established to promote and support Laboratory-wide recreational, cultural, educational, and social activities at the Laboratory for the benefit of all employees.
