physical health
Physical Health is listening to and taking care of your body for optimal health and functioning, as opposed to mental or emotional health—it is the overall physical condition of a living organism at a given time. It is the soundness of the body, freedom from disease or abnormality, and the condition of optimal well-being. It is when the body is functioning as it was designed to function.

Each year in September/October Health Services offers the Flu vaccine. "Influenza is a potentially serious disease that can lead to hospitalization and sometimes even death. Every flu season is different, and influenza infection can affect people differently, but millions of people get flu every year, hundreds of thousands of people are hospitalized and thousands to tens of thousands of people die from flu-related causes every year. An annual seasonal flu vaccine is the best way to help protect against flu." (CDC website)
